Emily Kitchener - Co-owner of Daisy & Bean

We are Molly (she/her) and Emily (they/them), and we are the co-owners of Daisy & Bean Bakeshop. We set this company up in 2021 after Molly decided to leave her job as a midwife in the NHS. Our commercial premises opened in April 2023 and we serve brunch, goodies and specialty coffee to the people of Bath. In addition, we specialise in celebration cakes, and now our life is filled with baking everyday for our cafe, parties, weddings, birthdays, pop ups, festivals and farmers markets and we could not be happier.
